He also completed fellowships in Maternal Fetal Medicine and Anesthesia Critical Care at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX.

Dr. Pacheco is Best Doctor in America inductee for several years and is a recipient of the Leonard A. Charpentier, M.D. Award for Excellence in Resident Education among many other honors.
