Alma is a great providerOct 20,2016
showed little concern for my concerns for my son. was unable to explain the medications prescribed, I had to look them up after I left. She paid more attention to the computer than she did my son.Apr 29,2016
very pleasant personalityApr 21,2016
She was very good at explaining what the care plan is and what it will be if plan #1 doesn't work. You could tell she was overwhelmed- they were running late that day and I think this had something to do with it. Even though they were running behind our care was never affected.Jan 08,2016
