Dr Raley showed compassion and concern about my questions and healthJun 11,2019
she didn't seem to be interested in providing me with answers on what was my condition. I asked her questions about what was going on rather than her providing information in her findings that would make me feel comfortable about my visit. I wanted for about 20-25 minutes before I was seen by her. I felt like she really wasn't concerned about why I was there. she examined my ears, throat, nose and listened to my lungs...I had to ask was there fluid in my ears if not she would not have said anything. that was one of the things I was there for...overall I left there feeling like this person really didn't care about my wellbeing.Jun 06,2019
After hurricane Ike we had to move our primary care to Dickinson which is a longer drive which we choose to make for the care we receive.Apr 18,2019
Although circumstances that day led to my arriving somewhat late, she was kind enough to see me anyway. She understood the problem & addressed it. Before she touched me she washed her hands, I really appreciate that. Then she apologized because her hands were cold, but they weren't too cold, so it wasn't a problem. Then she explained instructions for taking the prescription.Apr 09,2019
