She took the time to answer every concern related to my child. She is not our usual provider, but we may consider changing that.Apr 26,2019
what she diagnosed my baby with wasn't what she ended up having. After the visit I was told she would get worse before things got better. my baby didn't show any more symptoms of said diagnosis. I feel she wasn't diagnosed properlyApr 25,2019
She diagnosed the problem when our primary care provider has not seemed to think it was a concernFeb 13,2019
Dr Sanchez is the doctor my husband usually sees. This was the first visit at this office for my son, Derek. Dr Sanchez included him in the conversation and listened to his questions, which I greatly appreciated as some doctors forget that kids can talk sensibly and answer questions on their own. As this was his first visit and the test in question was for Strep, the lack of a follow up call was fine - Dr. Sanchez had told me that "no news is good news. If you hear nothing from the office it means the test was negative."Feb 07,2019
