Dr. Corzo was born and raised in Barquisimeto- Venezuela. She received her Doctorate of Medicine from University Centro-occidental Lisandro Alvarado (UCLA) in Venezuela and completed a residency with the UTMB Health Family Medicine Residency in September 2017. During her training, she was exposed to broad clinical pathologies with the opportunity to learn and to have "full hands-on" training. Dr. Corzo found that her best teachers were and still are her patients from whom she learns from every single day. During her free time she enjoys going out and spending time with her family. Dr. Corzo is certified by The American Board of Family Medicine and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Dr. Raley joined UTMB's Department of Family Medicine as a faculty member in 1999.  She attended medical school at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.  Dr. Raley completed her residency in Family Practice at The University of Texas at Houston. Her practice is located at the Family Medicine Clinic in Dickinson and is caring and compassionate provider.
  
Dr. Raley is board certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine.  She is an inaugural member of the Academy of Master Clinicians. She is married with two feline children and is a wildlife enthusiast. Dr. Raley's interests are in women's health, preventive medicine and medical student education.

Dr. Bradley Henrie joined UTMB Health's Department of Family Medicine in 2020. He currently serves as Clinical Assistant Professor.

Dr. Henrie earned a Bachelors of Science in Biological Engineering from Utah State University in Logan, Utah, and a Doctorate of Medicine from the Ross University School of Medicine in Portsmouth, Dominca and completed his family medicine residency training at The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston.

Dr. Henrie is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

Dr. Jana received her Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry from Vassar College in New York and attended medical school at the John A. Burns School of Medicine at The University of Hawaii at Manoa. She completed her family medicine residency training at The University of Illinois in Chicago and went on to complete a fellowship in Geriatric Medicine at The Albert Einstein Medical Center in Pennsylvania.

Dr. Jana previously served as Major in the US Air Force and was an attending physician at Pope Air Force Base, Fort Bragg in North Carolina. Following her honorable discharge in 2001 Dr. Jana has had a successful civilian career, and she now joins us from University of Central Florida. She is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine with an additional certification in Geriatric Medicine. Dr. Jana's interests are in preventative medicine, medical student education and geriatrics.

Providing care for adults of all ages, I enjoy educating my patients about their current health condition and recommending ways to improve it. My main focus is on prevention of chronic illness and disease. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling with my family, reading, and being active.

Dr. Islam returns to UTMB Health after serving is an Associate Professor and Research Director for the Department of Family and Community Medicine at Texas Tech University in Odessa. Dr. Islam received his Doctorate of Medicine from University of Dhaka in Bangladesh. He then earned a Master's of Science degree in epidemiology from the University of Texas at Houston. Dr. Islam went on to pursue his medical training with a family medicine residency at State University of New York Health Sciences Center in Brooklyn.

Prior to his position at Texas Tech, Dr. Islam worked as a faculty member in UTMB Health's Department of Family Medicine for 10 years. During his career, Dr. Islam has been involved in over twenty-five clinical research projects and published 13 articles. In addition, Dr. Islam has over 25 state, national, and international poster presentations to his credit. Dr Islam is board certified in Family Medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Texas Academy of Family Physicians, and Society of Teachers of Family Medicine.

Dr. Islam's clinical interests are in serving the Asian and Hispanic populations with an emphasis on treating those with diabetes, cardiovascular disease and obesity. Dr. Islam is fluent in Spanish, Urdu, Hindi and Bengali.

Howdy, my name is Farha Syed and I am practically Texas born bred and a proud Aggie! I had an amazing medical school journey that allowed me to travel and provide care in rural mountain and island areas. This eventually led me back home to Houston, where I’m glad to be giving back to my community. I served as co-chief at UTMB Family Medicine Residency Program and helped develop and deploy the COVID response team, providing support and leadership during a challenging time in our world. I have grown a special interest in guiding people through the challenges of COVID recovery, while maintaining a focus on the rest of their general health. I love helping my patients reach their healthcare and preventative medicine goals such as losing weight, dietary changes and lifestyle modifications. When I’m not participating in patient care and my passion for medicine, you can find me biking the trails of Bayou and Memorial park, finding new home improvement projects I have to start right away, and helping my husband work on our cars.

Dr. Karl Crudo is board certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine. He completed his residency at the Western Pennsylvania Hospital - Forbes Campus in Pittsburgh, Pa., and received his medical degree from the University of Santo Tomas, Philippines.

Dr. Nicanord earned a Bachelors of Science in Biology from the Oakwood University in Huntsville, Alabama, and a Doctorate of Medicine from Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica. Dr. Nicanord graduated from the UTMB Family Medicine Residency Program and continued his training by earning a fellowship in Geriatrics, also at UTMB. Dr. Nicanord is a board certified family physician.

Dr. Nicanord's academic and clinical interests include integrative medicine and geriatrics.
