  • Taylor Little, FNP-C is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who specializes in Pediatric Primary Care. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 2012. She began her nursing career at Memorial Hermann in the Texas Medical Center working in Orthopedic Trauma for 3 and a half years. She then went on to earn her Family Nurse Practitioner degree at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in 2015. She completed her clinical rotations for her Master's degree in the Downtown Houston and Pasadena areas.

    Taylor has now been working in pediatric primary care since 2016 and is excited to continue her career at UTMB. She is passionate about educating her patients on healthy practices and prevention of disease in a holistic manner.

    She is originally from Houston and currently lives in Clear Lake with her husband. They are currently expecting their first child and could not be more excited.   • Cynthia grew up in Delaware County Pennsylvania, attended and graduated from Temple University for both her undergraduate and graduate studies. She started her career in an oncology unit at Temple University hospital while completing her graduate studies. In 2010 after graduate school, she and her family relocated to the great State of Texas where they have since made their home. She joined the 82nd Medical Group-Sheppard Air Force Base as a Family Practice Clinician-Civilian Contractor for about 3 years. There she was awarded the Outstanding Performance Award by the United States Air Force Medical Service's Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care Inc. In the 3 years at Sheppard Air Force Base, she started and completed a post graduate education earning her doctorate degree for which her research focus and publication was on diabetes management. Cynthia went on to serve as a Primary Care consultant for the next 6 years at the North Texas State Hospital where she received numerous recognitions for her work and her contribution to successful joint commission surveys. At this time, most of her family have moved from Pennsylvania to Houston, thus they relocated to the Houston area to be closer to family.

    She enjoys spending time with family, serving at her local church and doing crossfit. Cynthia is honored to join the UTMB family at the Angleton Danbury Campus.

  • Jessica Miller grew up as a Coast Guard daughter and moved around a lot as a child. When her father retired while she was in high school, she set her roots in the community. Jessica attended Texas A&M University and obtained a bachelor's degree in biology in 2006, then attended nursing school at UTMB, graduating in 2009. Jessica first worked as a nurse in the hospital setting for two years and obtained her master's degree, graduating with honors in 2012.

    Jessica works in urgent care and family practice as a Nurse Practitioner, as well as working in the ER for more experience. She enjoys providing care in the family practice setting and getting to know her patients and being able to see their continuity of care. Jessica has three children and enjoys spending time with her family when not working. As a child, Jessica did a lot of competitive horseback riding and continues to have a love for horses.   • Stephen Granger, DO is originally from Lafayette, Louisiana. He received his bachelor’s degree at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in biology with a minor in chemistry. Following this, he attended medical school at William Carey University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Hattiesburg, MS. He completed residency at Oklahoma State University Medical Center in Tulsa, OK, and was appointed as Chief Resident for the 2020-2021 residency year.

  • Dr. Thint has been residing in Clear Lake/Friendswood area since 1994. She began her medical profession after completing her medical school in her home town, Yangon, Myanmar, in 1984. After moving to the United States, she completed her pediatric residency program at St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, MD (1992) and Pediatric Infectious Diseases Fellowship with the Children's National Medical Center and the Food and Drug Administration in Washington, DC (1994). Her first job was Assistant Clinical Professor position at University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) (1994-1996). She was responsible for teaching and research as well as taking care of both inpatients and outpatients. Her areas of interest and research were in middle ear infections.

    Dr. Thint continued to see pediatric patients after she joined MacGregor Medical Group, a large multi-specialty group and continued pediatric clinical research from 1996-2002. The next adventure was a position as a pediatric hospitalist for four local hospitals in the Clear Lake/Pasadena area (Bayshore Medical Center, Clear Lake Regional Hospital, SE Memorial Hospital and Mainland Medical Center) from 2002-2007. She then joined Texas Children's Pediatrics for over 10 years (2007-2017) as a general pediatrician.

    She has now come full circle and is very excited to be with UTMB again to care for your children. She is a board certified pediatrician and a mom. And she believes that listening to you is very important and that team work with you is very essential. This way she can strive to successfully keep your children at their highest quality of physical, emotional and social health.
