Kathleen Wurzlow, MSN,CNM is a graduate of University of Texas Medical Branch. She has advanced training and is a certified nurse-midwife. Her clinical interests include Women's Health.

Dr. Fulcher is Chief of the Section of General Obstetrics and Gynecology at UTMB Galveston Main Campus. He holds a bachelor's degree from North Texas State University in Denton, Texas, and received his medical degree and residency training at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. He is board certified in obstetrics & gynecology. As a result of his interest and experience in contraception management, he has served on the Family Planning Advisory Committee for the State of Texas Board of Health, and as a consultant for the U.S. Department of Health Family Planning Services. He has provided the latest in contraception options to his patients. He has provided expert care in general obstetrics and gynecologic surgery for over 35 years. His special interest is in minimally invasive gynecologic surgical procedures.

Dr. Fulcher is married with three children and two grandchildren, and lives in Dickinson.

Before entering nurse practitioner school, I received a degree in Executive Nursing Leadership from Wilkes University which served as a solid foundation for nursing processes and collaborations. I am a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, American Nurses Association, and the Association of Women's Health, Obstetric & Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN). In my free time, I enjoy yoga, meditation, and salsa dancing. I have worked various departments in Women’s Services (Labor & Delivery, Antepartum, Postpartum, OR, GYN, Newborn Nursery and NICU) over the past 15 years and the last 9 years in Family Medicine and Urgent Care.

Amanda Miller, APRN, FNP-C, is a Certified Nurse Practitioner who specializes in pediatric primary care. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2008 from Texas A&M University. She then completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas in 2010. While working as a registered nurse Amanda specialized in the care of women and infants in labor and delivery. She went on to earn her degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Texas at Tyler in 2019.

Amanda has been working in pediatric primary care since 2020 and is excited to continue serving the children and families of the UTMB community. She has a true passion for educating her patients and families on health practices and prevention that benefit the entire body, mind and spirit. She strives to bring a holistic approach to health care. Amanda is a true believer in the strength of the family and home unit in child health promotion. Care for children and families is her passion, and she is committed to providing high-quality health care.

Gynecology, Maternal Fetal Medicine. Dr. Omere is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Maternal Fetal Medicine by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Her clinical interests are in maternal disease, fetal growth abnormalities, and preterm labor. Her research interests include preterm labor, fetal growth abnormalities, hypertensive disease in pregnancy, and pharmacology in pregnancy.

Dr. Chasey Omere received her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch School of Medicine in Galveston, Texas. She completed her OBGYN residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. She completed her Maternal Fetal Medicine fellowship at the University of Texas Medical Branch, in Galveston, Texas. Dr. Omere is a Golden Apple Award recipient for medical student education among other honors.

Ruth Preece is a graduate of UT Health Science Center at Houston. She has advanced training and is a Board certified Women's Health Care Nurse Practitioner. Her clinical interests include OB- GYN.

Stephany Sheneman, PA-C is a certified Physician Assistant who specializes in women's health. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Texas A&M University in 2019. She then completed her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in 2021.

Stephany is passionate about providing compassionate, high quality, patient-centered care for all women. Her interests include prenatal care, family planning, and preventative medicine.

In her free time, Stephany enjoys spending time with her husband, exercising, and traveling.

Russell R. Snyder, M.D., is the Vice Chair of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the Director of the Division of Gynecology at UTMB and is the holder of the endowed Faculty Distinguished Chair in Obstetrics and Gynecology Honoring Drs. Al Leblanc, Harry Little, and Charlie Powell. Dr. Snyder received his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston, and completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center in 1982. He subsequently completed a fellowship in Gynecologic and Breast Pathology at the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology in Washington, D.C., in 1984. He retired from the USAF in 1997 as the Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Wilford Hall and Consultant to the Surgeon General for Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Snyder has made UTMB his home since then.

Dr. Snyder is board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and has been an oral board examiner for the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology since 1996. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Exxcellence Foundation for Women's Health and is a past member of the Board of Directors for the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the American Board of Family Medicine. He is currently on the Editorial Board for Clinical Updates in Women's Health Care and is one of the editors of the text book Step Up to Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is a reviewer and past member of the editorial board for the journal Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is also a past member of the executive board of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and has been very active in other College activities and committees to include the Committee for Obstetric Practice. He is also a member of the FDA Medical Devices Advisory Panel for Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Snyder's clinical interests include gynecologic surgery, evaluation of abnormal pap-smears, vulvar disorders, abnormal bleeding, PMS, contraception, absence of periods, and the management of menopausal symptoms.
