  • Dr. Kyralessa B. Ramirez joined the UTMB League City Pediatric and Adult Primary Care clinic in January 2012.  Prior to joining UTMB, she worked for 2 years in South Houston at a pediatric private practice.

    Dr. Ramirez received her medical degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Instituto Tecnologico de Santo Domingo.  She attended the University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston where she completed her pediatric residency in 2009.

    Dr. Ramirez's clinical interests include the prevention and treatment of common pediatrics illnesses, specifically ear infections. She is interested in the treatment of eczema as well as other common skin disorders, preventive pediatrics and anticipatory guidance.  She enjoys helping new parents with their newborn babies, counseling them about breastfeeding and infant safety. Dr. Ramirez is fluent in English and Spanish.  She is married to Dr. Rafael A. Fonseca, a faculty member in the Department of Neonatology at UTMB, Galveston.  She enjoys taking care of a diverse population of patients.

  • Taylor Little, FNP-C is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who specializes in Pediatric Primary Care. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 2012. She began her nursing career at Memorial Hermann in the Texas Medical Center working in Orthopedic Trauma for 3 and a half years. She then went on to earn her Family Nurse Practitioner degree at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in 2015. She completed her clinical rotations for her Master's degree in the Downtown Houston and Pasadena areas.

    Taylor has now been working in pediatric primary care since 2016 and is excited to continue her career at UTMB.     She worked as an emergency room nurse at St. Elizabeth Hospital and then for five years worked for Memorial Hermann Texas Medical Center as a trauma nurse. While working full time as a trauma nurse, she went back to school for her Master's degree at UTMB. She graduated with a 4.0 GPA with her Master's in Nursing, specializing in family practice. She has worked urgent care for UTMB since 2017 and began working full time at Webster Adult Primary Care in 2018.

    Emily is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She enjoys spending her spare time with her husband and daughter.

  • Dr. Hannah Kline joined UTMB Community Based Clinics as a Board Certified Pediatrician in 2019. Growing up in Kansas City, Kansas, she first moved to Texas to complete her undergraduate degree at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth. She then went on to medical school at University of Texas, San Antonio and completed her Pediatric residency training at University of Texas, Houston.   • Dr. Kimble joined UTMB Health Community Based Clinics in 2015. She is board-certified by the American Board of Pediatrics after completing her residency at UT Houston Health Science Center. She has a bachelor's degree from Hampton University.  She was in private practice shortly after residency and co-owned the practice for 10 years. She is a married professional with 4 children; 2 sets of twins identical boys and fraternal girls. Eventually she and her family made a change and moved to San Antonio where she worked as a general pediatrician, urgent care physician and then a hospitalist before moving back to the Houston area.
