Dr. Kimble joined UTMB Health Community Based Clinics in 2015. She is board-certified by the American Board of Pediatrics after completing her residency at UT Houston Health Science Center. She has a bachelor's degree from Hampton University.  She was in private practice shortly after residency and co-owned the practice for 10 years. She is a married professional with 4 children; 2 sets of twins identical boys and fraternal girls. Eventually she and her family made a change and moved to San Antonio where she worked as a general pediatrician, urgent care physician and then a hospitalist before moving back to the Houston area.

Dr. Kimble serves on the Student Health Advisory Committee and is a mentor to area youth. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, Harris County Medical Society, Texas Medical Association, and Houston Medical Forum.

She has a special interest outside of the love for the children she cares for in her clinic and chasing butterflies in their ears, she also enjoys her multiples families given her bond with them having her own sets of multiples. More recently she has had the unique opportunity to work on the reality show, Outdaughtered that can be viewed on TLC for the last few years.

Dr. Cynthia Binder joined UTMB Health Pediatric Community Based Clinics in 2002. She completed her residency in pediatrics at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston where she also earned her medical degree. Dr. Binder holds a bachelor's degree from Baylor University.

Board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics, Dr. Binder enjoys providing healthcare and education to her patients and their families. Additionally, she enjoys teaching medical students and residents.

Dr. Binder enjoys all aspects of Pediatrics, but has a special interest in preventive medicine, infectious disease, and the treatment of asthma and allergic rhinitis.

Dr. Binder is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Dr. Ann Jimerson is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics. She received her BA from The University of Texas at Austin. She then completed MD at Texas Tech Health Science Center in Lubbock, TX and her Pediatric residency at Indiana University Medical Center in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Dr. Jimerson specializes in General Pediatrics, with a special interest in adolescent medicine and asthma.

Before joining UTMB in 2014, Dr. Jimerson was an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Indiana University Medical Group in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Dr. Jimerson is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.

Dr. Lauren Raimer-Goodman was born on Galveston Island and grew up as part of the UTMB family. She officially joined UTMB Health in October 2011. After completing her undergraduate work at Wake Forest University, she attended Baylor College of Medicine where she received her medical degree in 2008. She completed her residency in Pediatrics at Texas Children's Hospital in 2011.

Dr. Raimer-Goodman is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Texas Medical Association. She has a special interest in pediatric advocacy and global health. Her husband, Dr. Michael Goodman, is a researcher in public health with a focus on social epidemiology and global health. They have two delightful children whom they adore.

Clinically, Dr. Raimer-Goodman has many interests including infants, breastfeeding, asthma, allergies, acne, eczema and other skin disorders, sports related injuries, healthy eating and much more.

Dr. Beena Thomas joined The Children's Clinic of Clear Lake in 2006. She attended Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. She was accepted into the residency program at UTMB where she trained with Dr. Quillin. In 2000, she started her practice in the Houston Medical Center and at Texas Children's Hospital until she joined Dr. Quillin in 2006.

Dr. Thomas is board certified with the American Board of Pediatrics.  She has extensive experience in adolescent care from her years in the Medical Center. She loves all her new babies, yet her area of interest still remains in those challenging adolescent years.

Dr. Manuela Murray received her medical degree from Universidad CES in Medellin, Colombia in 2002. She completed her residency in Pediatrics at UTMB in 2008.

After finishing this training, she joined the UTMB Faculty and now holds the rank of Associate Professor. She currently serves as the Director for Ambulatory Operations for the Department of Pediatrics and is the Director of the Division of General Academic Pediatrics and Urgent Care.

Her goal as a Provider is to provide excellent patient care at every encounter and to make sure every patient and parent leaves the clinic with all their concerns addressed and questions answered. As a director, she strives to improve patient access to care and quality of care.

Dr. Priscila Emmanuel Martinez was born and raised in Chihuahua, Mexico. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Texas at San Antonio in San Antonio, TX. She earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX and subsequently completed her residency in Pediatrics at UTMB.

Her major areas of interests consist of urgent care, adolescent medicine and patient advocacy. She is also interested in medical student and resident teaching.

When not working in the office, Dr. Martinez enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. She has a passion for singing and is fond of swimming.

Dr. Matthew J. Hay joined UTMB Pediatric Associates in 1997. Board-certified by the American Board of Pediatrics, Dr. Hay completed his residency in pediatrics and received his doctorate in medicine from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. Dr. Hay holds a bachelor's degree from Stephen F. Austin State University. He is also the Medical Director of the UTMB Health Primary and Specialty Care Clinic in Texas City.

Dr. Hay has been named the Galveston Daily News Reader's Choice Best Pediatrician of Galveston County in 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2019. Dr. Hay is currently a member of the Galveston Independent School District Board of Trustees, currently serving in his third three-year term, as well as serving as the President for six of those years. He served on the Texas Youth Commission Advisory Board after being appointed by then Texas Governor Rick Perry. He has developed a special interest in children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and other behavioral or school-related problems.

When he isn't seeing patients, Dr. Hay coaches the Texas A&M Galveston Lady Aggies soccer team.
