He was a good provider and assisted us right when we got in the roomJun 6 2016
RUDE AND ONLY SEEM TO CARE ABOUT HOW MANY PATIENTS HE COULD GET THRU. WE SPENT MORE TIME WITH HIS NURSE. WE ALSO WAITED LONGER IN THE WAITING ROOM THAN WE DID IN THE BACK.Mar 7 2016
The recommendations given to us were good.Mar 4 2016
It took an hour before they saw me, and only spent 2 minutes then referred for an MRIMar 4 2016
Again, I'm having to give Dr. Carmichael higher ratings. His intern that day deserves all the high scores and credit. We spoke to Dr. Carmichael for less than 5 minutes in the 2 hours we were at the office.Feb 3 2016
