  • Dr. Kyralessa B. Ramirez joined the UTMB League City Pediatric and Adult Primary Care clinic in January 2012.  Prior to joining UTMB, she worked for 2 years in South Houston at a pediatric private practice.

    Dr. Ramirez received her medical degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Instituto Tecnologico de Santo Domingo.  She attended the University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston where she completed her pediatric residency in 2009.

    Dr. Ramirez's clinical interests include the prevention and treatment of common pediatrics illnesses, specifically ear infections.   • Dr. Abigail Forbes is the Director of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and an Assistant Professor at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston, Texas.   • Dr. Calasanz is a native Texan and grew up in the Clear Lake area. She lived in Singapore for 5 years during her junior high and early high school years before returning to Texas. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of St. Thomas with a degree in Biology and was named the Outstanding Biology Graduate. While at TTUHSC School of Medicine, she received the Research and Scholarship in Surgery Award. Then she completed her residency at UT Southwestern Medical Center, with the majority of her training spent at Parkland Hospital, which is one of the busiest maternity centers in the country.   • A urogynecology provider is a subspecialist of obstetrics/gynecology that has received special training to diagnose and treat women with pelvic floor disorders, including difficulty in bladder emptying, urinary hesitancy, urinary urgency, recurrent urinary tract infection, and slow or weak stream. They treat various types of incontinence, severe constipation and prolapse of the bladder or uterus.
