Dr. Adum grew up in Nigeria, West Africa, where she attended medical school. After completing her medical education, she moved to England in 2003 for postgraduate studies in medicine and specialty training in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She moved to the United States in 2009 and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2013 at St Peters/Drexel University Hospital in New Jersey. After residency she moved to Williston, North Dakota, where she practiced for over 5 years providing obstetrics and gynecology services to the women in this underserved area.

Being a new mother with a strong desire to be closer to her family during the formative years of her daughter, she moved to Texas.

Dr. Adum is excited about joining the Angleton Women Healthcare team as she finds this a continuation of her catering to the needs of a community that provides her great opportunities to impact positively in the lives of women and their families. She truly enjoys all aspects of her profession and appreciates the trust that is given to her by her patients to take care their health concerns; be it a well women visit, caring for low or high pregnancies and delivering babies or providing both non-surgical or surgical procedures for gynecological problems or just lending an empathic ear to her patients at those times it is so much needed in this profession. The diverse and challenging profession keeps her driven, grounded and committed to providing the best care possible.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, eating good food (a foodie), reading, watching great plays/shows, hiking and traveling.

Dr. Carpio-Solis was born and raised in New York. Her parents immigrated to the US as children from Puerto Rico and Peru. She was raised bilingual. After completing college and medical school in New York she attended residency in Baltimore Maryland. She has been a practicing OB/GYN since 2005 and is board certified. In 2007 she moved to Texas and has been in love with the state ever since. She is married and has 3 lovely children, Ryan, Sophya and Benji. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, movies, reading books and is a gym enthusiast.

Otto W. Pantoja, MD is a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in the Division of Gynecology. He is the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology director for Quality Initiative. Dr. Pantoja received his medical degree from the University of Puerto Rico. Upon graduation from medical school, he became an active duty officer in the US Army. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Tripler Army Medical Center. Upon completion of residency, he spent two years as a staff Obstetrician and Gynecologist in Yongsan US Army Garrison in Seoul, Republic of South Korea at Brian Allgood Army Community Hospital/121st Combat Support Hospital. He was then sent to Fort Polk, LA to Bayne Jones Army Community Hospital, where he served as Department Chief of Obstetrics and Gynecology until honorably separating from the US Army in July 2018.

Dr. Pantoja is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and is currently a fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. His clinical interest includes abnormal uterine bleeding, minimally invasive gynecologic procedures, hysteroscopy, basic infertility evaluation and treatment, and management and delivery of obstetric patients.

Dr. Alexander was born in St. Louis, Missouri but grew up in Madison, Alabama where she stayed for college and earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences at Oakwood University. It was during that time that she developed a passion for whole person care, not just addressing the physical needs of patients but the spiritual as well. Keeping in line with this mission, she then went on to obtain her medical degree at Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, CA.

She initially started medical school with the plan of becoming a pediatrician; however, the field of obstetrics and gynecology stole her heart. After her first year of medical school, she was able to travel to Chad, Africa and shadow an OBGYN. While there were a fluctuation of emotions from the joys of deliveries to more somber moments, one thing was for sure: she loved educating and being able to provide compassionate care to women. As she continued her medical school journey, she realized that everything she liked on each rotation pointed her back to becoming an OBGYN.

Dr. Alexander completed her OB/GYN residency here in Houston at UT Health Houston-McGovern Medical School where she developed clinical interests in providing education for preventative healthcare such as cervical cancer screening, obstetrics, contraception and minimally invasive surgery. She focuses on women of all ages and backgrounds and believes in the importance of individualizing the care plan for each patient.

Outside of work, Dr. Alexander enjoys international travel, pilates and HIIT classes, spending time with friends and family as well as her precious dog CoCo.

Dr. Elizabeth Cloninger was born and raised in Southeast Texas and has been practicing in the ClearLake-League City area since 2013, most recently coming to UTMB from Houston Methodist in Clear Lake, where she saw patients and acted as the medical director from 2017-2019. Her areas of interest include high-risk obstetrics, family planning, well woman care, and management of heavy menstrual cycles.

Dr. Cloninger attended UTMB in Galveston for both medical school and later residency. While in residency, she received awards such as resident of the quarter, physician of the month, and the Golden Apple award for medical student teaching.

Prior to medical school, Dr. Cloninger graduated Cum Laude from Texas A&M University in College Station with a degree in genetics.

Dr. Cloninger is happy to be rejoining the UTMB system that trained her. In her free time, Dr. Cloninger enjoys spending time with her two daughters and husband.

Dr. Kimberlyn Robinson is an Ob/Gyn physician with the UTMB Women's Health Care Group. Her focuses are general obstetrics & gynecology and women's healthcare.  Her additional interest include:  adolescent health, patient education, gynecologic surgery, and high risk obstetrics. She is currently taking new patients at the Clear Lake Women's HealthCare location in Webster.

A native of Galveston, Texas, she graduated with the honor of Salutatorian from Ball High School in 2002. After graduating from high school, Dr. Robinson went on to attend Baylor University in Waco, Texas where she graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and a minor in Medical Humanities. After college, Dr. Robinson was fortunate to be able to return home to attend medical school at The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. After receiving her Doctor of Medicine degree in May 2006, she went on to complete her residency training in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology at UTMB as well.

She is currently a member of the American Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the Texas Medical Association, and the American Medical Association. Dr. Robinson is married to Joseph Robinson, Sr. and they have one son. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

Dr. Sarah Bruce is a physician specializing in Obstetrics & Gynecology at the Clear Lake Campus. She has a passion for women’s health with interests in general and high-risk obstetrics, contraception management, and minimally invasive and robotic surgery.

She was born and raised in the northeast, spending her childhood in New York before moving to Philadelphia with her family. She attended Pennsylvania State University for her undergraduate degree in Biology. She returned to Philadelphia where she was awarded a scholarship to attend Temple University School of Medicine, graduating with distinction in the Gold Humanism Honor Society.

She completed her Obstetrics & Gynecology Residency at the Houston Methodist Hospital. During residency, she was recognized not only for her dedication to teaching but also for her academic and surgical success. She achieved multiple awards including the Exemplary Resident Teacher Award, the Outstanding Minimally Invasive Surgeon Award, and the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopy Award.

Dr. Vien Lam is and Assistant Professor in the department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Lam specializes in Women's Health. She completed her medical degree from the University of Texas School of Health Science Center in Houston, Texas. Dr. Lam completed her residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston, TX.

Dora Pedraza has been a nurse practitioner in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at UTMB since 2009. Dora was previously a nurse in Labor and Deliver at UTMB Galveston Campus for 9 years.

She obtained her Associates degree in Nursing in 2000. She received her Bachelor of Science in nursing in 2006. Later, in 2009, she graduated as a Nurse Practitioner and began practicing with the Women's Healthcare Faculty Group.

She is an active member with ACOG, NPWH and NAMS. Her clinical interest include preventive wellness, diabetic teaching in pregnancy and contraception counseling and management.

Her hobbies include repurposing/refurbishing furniture pieces and décor. She also enjoys crafting.
