  • Dr. Siddiqui completed her training in Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, where she also finished her General Surgery Internship. Before joining UTMB in 2010 as an Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology, she was in private practice as a general otolaryngologist in the suburbs of Dallas. Dr. Siddiqui comes to UTMB well-trained, having completed her medical school at the Aga Khan University Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan. She also speaks English, Urdu and Hindi fluently, along with basic French and some Thai and Arabic.

    As a general otolaryngologist with special interest in Allergy, Dr. Siddiqui enjoys seeing both pediatric and adult patients with a variety of ear, nose and throat problems, such as allergic rhinitis, nasal obstruction, nasal polyps, sinusitis, ear infections, tonsillitis, snoring, sleep apnea, hearing loss, tinnitus, dizziness, and neck masses. She is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy as well as the American College of Surgeons.

  • Mr. Davis, a Southeast Houston native, graduated from Baylor University in Waco, Texas with a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Humanities. He returned to his hometown of Deer Park and taught high school Biology and Anatomy before continuing his medical education. Reagan then obtained his Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston in 2018, where he served as class Vice President. Mr. Davis began his medical career as a PA here at UTMB and sees both adult and pediatric patients for General ENT disorders, with a specialty interest in head and neck cancers and myofascial pain. He remains passionate about education and enjoys teaching rotating clinical students as well as providing lectures to didactic students. During his free time, Mr. Davis enjoys cooking, reading, traveling, and going on walks with his wife and newborn daughter, and their dog, Oliver.

  • Dr. Hughes has over 30 years of experience in pediatric otolaryngology and takes care of all pediatric Ear, Nose, and Throat associated disorders. He performed his residency at Georgetown University Medical Center and fellowships at Johns Hopkins Hospital and at Children's Memorial Hospital, Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. Dr. Hughes has also served the Department of Dense (DOD) for more than 20 years, including the United States Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force and NASA as a Flight Surgeon.
