  • Emily was born in Franklin, Massachusetts, where she lived until moving to Texas in middle school. Her family relocated to the greater Houston area where she attended Clear Lake High School.

    Emily attended the University of Texas at Austin after beginning her education at San Jacinto Community College. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in Fall 2014. Following graduation, she accepted a full-time RN position at Memorial Hermann Hospital TMC on the Labor & Delivery unit. During her tenure, she worked multiple positions within Women’s Services, including Antepartum, Labor and Delivery, OR, and Obstetric Emergency Department. It was during this time she returned to school at University of Texas at Arlington to pursue her Master degree. In August 2020, she graduated with her Master of Science in Nursing and obtained her Family Nurse Practitioner license.

    In her free time, Emily enjoys traveling, being outdoors, and participating in activities such as running half-marathons, live music, and riding motorcycles with friends. At the end of the day, she appreciates coming home to her family and pets.
