Dr. Ibidapo-Obe joined UTMB Health's Department of Family Medicine in 2019. She is currently an Assistant Professor.

Dr. Ibidapo-Obe earned a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Lagos College of Medicine in Lagos, Nigeria. She then completed post-graduate training and a residency in family medicine at Howard University Hospital where she also served as Chief Resident. She further completed an obstetrics fellowship and family medicine residency with the Altru Hospital System in Grand Forks, North Dakota.

Dr. Ibidapo-Obe is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

Dr. Katherine Billingsley joined family medicine with special interest in full spectrum care as well as global health and tropical travel medicine. Dr. Billingsley studied global health in medical school and completed a Master's in Public Health followed by a Certificate in Tropical Medicine and Hygiene by the ASTMH. She has traveled to several countries for research and medical mission trips.

She enjoys her primary care practice, focusing on the whole patient as well as the prevention of disease, getting to know the whole family with members of all ages, and working with mothers and their children. She has a personal interest in caring for foster and adoptive families and their children, as she and her husband have fostered children as well.

Dr. Billingsley continues to travel to Kenya with UTMB to work at a rural mission hospital there, teaching students and residents about primary care and global health. She and her husband, Travis, loves to travel, hike, play Frisbee, swim, and connect with friends over a good board game.

One of the most enjoyable aspects of Family Medicine for Dr. Banga are the bonds that she builds with her patients over the course of their lives and the enjoyment in keeping them healthy and well.

Her clinical areas of special interest are Lifestyle and Preventive Medicine as well as Nutrition.

In her free time, she enjoy music, traveling and gardening.

Christine Kley is a board-certified family medicine physician. Areas of clinical interest include preventative medicine, women’s health, and travel medicine. She enjoys teaching and received the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine Teaching award in residency training. Outside of clinic, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the Houston restaurant scene, and crafting.

Dr. Ben-Okoli's special interests include prevention, health maintenance, integrative medicine, counseling and adult medicine. He is dedicated to patient empowerment and patient education which are essential to helping patients achieve their medical, mental and social health goals. He is looking forward to developing lifelong relationships with his patients and their families.

Dr. Varghese is a physician at the Victory Lakes Town Center Clinic in League City. Dr. Varghese completed his medical residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Tyler, Texas, where he served as Chief Resident. While clinically trained in a broad scope of medicine, his expertise includes adult and children's health, minor procedures, and preventative care.

As a physician, my patient care practices are centered around three core beliefs. First, I believe that patient autonomy should be respected. Both patient's beliefs and evidence-based medicine should be incorporated into workup and treatment plans as every patient is different. Secondly, I believe that teamwork is essential to provide the best possible care. I aim to use the knowledge and expertise of other health professionals to do so. Lastly, I believe in the importance of preventative care, which we achieve through education, screening, and counseling.

Ultimately, Dr. Varghese's goal is to address the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of health. Dr. Varghese wants to partner with his patients to empower them to restore their wellness.

Rosana Draper, PhD, MSN, FNP-BC is a graduate of University of Texas Medical Branch - Galveston, where she obtained her MSN as well as her PhD. Rosana specializes as an experienced board certified nurse practitioner. Her clinical interests include family medicine, healthy lifestyles and diabetes care.

My name is Casey Buck. My clinical areas of special interest are preventative healthcare and Family Medicine. I enjoy spending quality time with friends and family. I am an avid Houston sports fan, dedicated husband, and dog Dad.

Ms. Guzman joined the Department of Family Medicine in 2020.

Ms. Guzman earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Education and Community Health from the Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas and a Master in Physician Assistant Studies from UTMB Health in Galveston.

She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is licensed by the Texas Medical Board.
