I am MBSR (Mindfulness Base Stress Reduction) certified, and a Board-certified pediatrician, with a passion for promoting well-being and mental health.

When not working with patients, I love to travel with my family and explore new cultures. I enjoy going to musical theater a passion I share with my kids. I also enjoy reading and attending book club with friends, where I can engage in lively discussion about literature and life.

My ultimate goal is to provide the best care possible to patients as they navigate through each developmental stage. I believe in being there for patients and their families during the process, offering support and guidance every step of the way.

Dr. Propst is a fellowship trained physician in Primary Care Sports Medicine. His clinical interests include many sports injuries, aches and pains including concussions, sprains, strains, simple fractures. Additionally, his training allows him to investigate nutritional and lifestyle factors that may predispose athletes to repetitive injuries or decrease their performance regardless of their sport.

Juanita has been an FNP working in Pediatrics for UTMB for about 15 years.  She speaks both English and Spanish.  Her certification is through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.  She is also a member or Sigma Theta Tau, the national nursing honor society.  Although working with children is her passion, some special interests include working with animals and boxing.

Dr. Kimble joined UTMB Health Community Based Clinics in 2015. She is board-certified by the American Board of Pediatrics after completing her residency at UT Houston Health Science Center. She has a bachelor's degree from Hampton University.  She was in private practice shortly after residency and co-owned the practice for 10 years. She is a married professional with 4 children; 2 sets of twins identical boys and fraternal girls. Eventually she and her family made a change and moved to San Antonio where she worked as a general pediatrician, urgent care physician and then a hospitalist before moving back to the Houston area.

Dr. Kimble serves on the Student Health Advisory Committee and is a mentor to area youth. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, Harris County Medical Society, Texas Medical Association, and Houston Medical Forum.

She has a special interest outside of the love for the children she cares for in her clinic and chasing butterflies in their ears, she also enjoys her multiples families given her bond with them having her own sets of multiples. More recently she has had the unique opportunity to work on the reality show, Outdaughtered that can be viewed on TLC for the last few years.

Dr. Ralph W. Noble III has been a general pediatrician since 1978. He attended medical school and completed his specialty training in pediatrics at UTMB. He is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He has taught UTMB medical students and pediatric residents throughout his career.

Dr. Noble enjoys practicing general pediatrics. He has an interest in mind/body medicine, including breathing techniques, meditation, and exercises.

In the past, Dr. Noble has served as a clinic medical director, public school medical consultant, teaching a sex education course at one of Galveston's private schools, medical director of the Advocacy Center for Children of Galveston County, a member of the board of various Galveston community agencies. For several years he was an assistant scoutmaster of a Galveston Boy Scout troop.

Angela Attaway was born in Dallas, TX. She traveled a lot from an early age, because her father was in the military. She initially received her Associate's Degree in Nursing from Alvin Community College in 1998. She received her Bachelor's degree from UTMB in 2003. She graduated in 2007 from UTMB with her Master's Degree in Nursing specializing as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.

Angela joined the Community Based Clinics in Alvin in September 2014. She has been an RN for the past 18 years. Her nursing experience includes Neonatal ICU, Pediatric ICU and Pediatric Oncology. Prior to joining the Community Based Clinics in Alvin, Angela was the Child Abuse Nurse Practitioner for Galveston County, and practiced as a primary care provider at Island Pediatrics.

Angela has been Certified as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board since 2007. In 2011, Angela won a Good Samaritan Excellence in Nursing silver medal.

Angela enjoys spending time with her family. She also loves animals and regularly volunteers at the League City animal shelter. She has two rescue dogs of her own.

Dr. Natalie Royer is an Assistant Professor in the division of Pediatric Urgent Care at the University of Texas Medical Branch. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Texas Lutheran University. She obtained her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the University of North Texas, Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her pediatric residency training at The University of Texas Medical Branch.

Dr. Royer joined the University of Texas Medical Branch as faculty in 2018 and is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.

A decorated veteran that served in the Medical Corps in Iraq, Dr. Neely-Shelmire is a board-certified pediatrician with a passion for partnering with parents to raise healthy children through wellness goals, good nutrition, physical activity, healthy sleep habits, and an approach that balances the physical, emotional and developmental aspects of being a child. A parent herself with two adult sons and a host of nieces and nephews, she enjoys spending her free time running, kayaking and with family. She holds professional memberships with the Texas Medical Association, the Texas Pediatric Society, the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Catholic Medical Association. I am excited to be back in the Galveston County area! I am originally from Dickinson, Texas, and my family still resides there. I received my Bachelor of Science Degree in Biochemistry with a minor in German Lingual Studies from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas, and my Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from The Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth. I completed my rural family medicine training at Waco Family Medicine where I worked at a Federally Qualified Health Center for the medically underserved. I am currently board certified in Family Medicine.

My interests within medicine include taking care of infants through older adults. I also really enjoy preventative medicine and making sure that my patients have a well balanced life physically and spiritually. My interests outside of medicine include singing, cooking, and enjoying time with my family.
