  • Dr. Patricia Ann Rogers is a Professor of Pediatrics at UTMB. She joined UTMB Department of Pediatrics in 2004 and has been faculty at UTMB since 1998. Dr. Rogers is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. She received her doctorate from the University of Tennessee Center for Health Sciences (School of Medicine) in Memphis, TN. Dr.Rogers completed her pediatric residency at UTMB in Galveston, TX.

    Dr. Rogers has a special interest in teaching medical students and residents. She has received numerous teaching awards including two awards for Excellence in Clinical teaching by the John P. McGovern Academy of Oslerian Medicine.  In addition to holding the tittle of Distinguished Teaching Professor, member of the University of Texas Academy of Health and Science education, Dr. Rogers serves as the director of the School Health Program at UTMB.

She received her B.S. in Biology from Louisiana College, after which she completed a two-year research fellowship with the National Cancer Institute.   • Dr. Campbell comes to UTMB Health from the East Carolina University Brody School of Medicine, where he most recently served as the Senior Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, Chief Academic Officer, and Associate Professor of Family Medicine. He also served as their Associate Dean for Diversity and Inclusion and Director of their Research Group for Underrepresented Minorities in Academic Medicine. Prior to his tenure at East Carolina University, Dr. Campbell served on the faculties at Florida State University College of Medicine and the University of Florida College of Medicine.

    Dr. Campbell earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, FL and a Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville, FL. He completed a residency with the Tallahassee Memorial Family Medicine Residency Program in Tallahassee, FL.

    Dr. Campbell currently holds the Sealy Hutchings and Lucille Wright Hutchings Chair in Family Medicine.

  • Dr. Ralph W. Noble III has been a general pediatrician since 1978. He attended medical school and completed his specialty training in pediatrics at UTMB. He is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He has taught UTMB medical students and pediatric residents throughout his career.

    Dr. Noble enjoys practicing general pediatrics. He has an interest in mind/body medicine, including breathing techniques, meditation, and exercises.

    In the past, Dr. Noble has served as a clinic medical director, public school medical consultant, teaching a sex education course at one of Galveston's private schools, medical director of the Advocacy Center for Children of Galveston County, a member of the board of various Galveston community agencies. For several years he was an assistant scoutmaster of a Galveston Boy Scout troop.
