About Me
Dr Merkley serves as the Chair of the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences at UTMB. Dr Merkley, with more than 30 years of experience as a cataract, cornea and refractive surgeon, treats a wide range of eye conditions including cataracts, cornea/external diseases, and refractive errors.
