She specifically said bronchitis can only be bacterial - diminished my concerns about secondary infections resulting from viruses - on prior visits she has been more kind and respectful - on this visit, she was not considerate of my concerns, given my daughter's past history of secondary infections post viruses - no meds were given to alleviate the severe symptoms of throat pain, congestion which were causing her to not rest properly- I called her nurse back one day after visit to tell her mucus was coming out of her eyes and other symptoms continued but she said that my daughter would probably only be treated if mucus was green or bloody- I then took her to CVS Minute Clinic where they prescribed Brom Fed, Atrovent and a humidifier- these meds helped my daughter get the rest she needed and her symptoms subsided two days later. I did not bring my daughter to see Dr. Caffey for antibiotics, but more care and attention to her symptoms instead of a "grin and bear it, I know better" attitude would have been preferred. This was our first visit of this kind with her. We may try another doctor in the practice or change practices- not sure yet what we will do - neither I nor my daughter want Dr. Caffey to treat her again.Feb 26,2020

Dr. Caffey is always so nice and patient. I love how she talks to the kids as much as she does to the parents.Jan 22,2020
