Dr. Emma Loucks is a board certified ophthalmologist that specializes in comprehensive ophthalmology. She earned her medical degree and completed her residency in ophthalmology at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston (UTMB). She also serves as associate director of the residency program in the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences where she also participates in clinical research relating to surgical outcomes and ophthalmologic imaging.
