Chanthu Pillai, MD is an Assistant Professor of Pediatric Endocrinology at UTMB. He received his M.D. at McGovern Medical School followed by a pediatric residency at Dell Children's Hospital and postdoctoral fellowship in pediatric endocrinology at University of Texas at Houston.

As a pediatric endocrinologist, he treats patients with diabetes, thyroid disorders, early and late puberty, adrenal disorders and pituitary disorders. He also sees patients for growth evaluations and provides treatment when indicated.
