About Me
Dr. Mosquera is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery, Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Texas Medical Branch. He is double fellowship-trained in Head and Neck Oncologic Surgery and Microvascular Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Mosquera completed his first fellowship at the University of Florida College of Medicine – Jacksonville, followed by a second fellowship at Ascension Macomb-Oakland Hospital in Detroit. At UTMB, his practice is centered on complex head and neck reconstruction, oral cancer, sleep surgery, and orthognathic surgery, with a focus on optimizing surgical outcomes and refining reconstructive techniques.
