Le Truong, FNP-C

Le Truong is a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience providing high-quality care to patients across Texas. She is board-certified in family practice, with a strong emphasis on preventive care and long-term wellness.

Le began her academic journey at San Jacinto College in Houston, Texas, and earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston. Over the past 10 years, she has built a reputation for delivering empathetic, patient-centered care that prioritizes respect, shared decision-making, and personalized treatment plans.

Fluent in both English and Vietnamese, Le is passionate about making healthcare accessible and meaningful for diverse communities. Her patients appreciate her warm, compassionate demeanor and her ability to truly listen and respond to their individual needs.

Le’s practice is grounded in the belief that healthcare should be a partnership. She works closely with her patients to develop tailored strategies that support their health goals, emphasizing prevention and early intervention to maintain long-term wellness.

She is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and the Houston Area Nurse Practitioners (HANP).

Outside of her professional life, Le lives in Friendswood, Texas, with her husband and their three energetic boys, ages 10, 6, and 3. She enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending quality time with her family.
