About Me
Dr. Sarah Cheng serves as an Assistant Professor at Department of Pediatric, Division of Pediatric Urgent Care. She received her Associate Degree in Nursing at Evergreen Valley College in San Jose, California, and her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry at University of Texas, Austin. Dr. Cheng worked as a registered nurse in an Intermediate Care Nursery in California until she started medical school at University of Medical Branch at Galveston, where she received her MD. She also completed her internship and residency in Pediatrics at UTMB before joining UTMB's Department of Pediatrics as an Assistant Professor.
