Nicole Azuogu, MD

Nicole Azuogu, MD, is board-certified by the ABFM and practices family medicine. She attended medical school at Meharry Medical College and completed her residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch. Her philosophy of care centers around patient collaboration.

Dr. Azuogu pursued a career in family medicine to empower people of all ages to take control of their health. She loves educating patients to make informed choices that will help increase their quality of life. She believes in collaborative patient interactions, recognizing the importance of input from both the patient and physician to create realistic solutions.

Dr. Azuogu’s favorite part of working as a family physician is seeing her patients take ownership of their health and making small changes that lead to life-enhancing rewards. A Texas native, she loves spending time with family, cooking and exercising. She is particularly interested in preventive care, Anxiety, Depression, Women’s health conditions, Dementia, Diabetes, high blood pressure, and Obesity.
