Dr. Katie Mixon is an Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine with a specialization in hospital medicine. She earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) and completed her residency at UTMB. During her residency, she participated in initiatives aimed at quality improvement, patient safety, and optimizing hospital operations.
