Nancy Perachio, PhD

Dr. Nancy Perachio is a clinical neuropsychologist with special interest in dementia and traumatic brain injury. She started at UTMB in early 2023 but is not new to the practice of neuropsychology. She has a couple decades of experience in various settings. Although her practice at UTMB is largely outpatient, her clinical experience includes VA medical center, inpatient physical rehabilitation, inpatient consultation and liaison, and nursing care facility consulting. She spent her adolescence in Galveston and returning to this geographic area to be near family.
