  • Dr. Annie G. Goodwin is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics, Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology. Dr. Goodwin received her Bachelor's of Science degree in Cell and Molecular Biology from Brown University. She attended medical school at the University of Connecticut and completed her residency in general pediatrics at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. She completed her Pediatric GI Fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine/Texas Children's Hospital in Houston, Texas.

    Dr. Goodwin treats patients from birth through adolescence with a variety of gastroenterological disorders including reflux, failure to thrive, constipation, encopresis, abdominal pain, and vomiting. She has a special clinical interest in pediatric inflammatory bowel disease and has conducted research in the intestinal microbiome in the treatment of intestinal inflammation.

    Dr. Goodwin is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in General Pediatrics and Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition.
